Transport planner, entrepreneur, and the person behind MetroFeeder and TrafficAI — two platforms solving real problems on Indian roads.
Sathish Kumar Godasi is a transport planning professional turned entrepreneur, driven by a mission to solve Hyderabad's first-mile and last-mile connectivity crisis. He holds a B.Tech from JNAFAU (Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University, Hyderabad) and a Master's in Transportation Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi — India's premier institution for urban and transport planning.
Before founding MetroFeeder, Sathish built his career at Aarvee Associates, one of Hyderabad's most respected infrastructure and engineering consultancies, where he worked on large-scale urban transport and road infrastructure projects across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. This experience gave him an on-the-ground understanding of how commuters actually move — and where the system breaks down.
Seeing firsthand how poorly the last mile was served around metro stations, and armed with deep expertise in traffic engineering and commuter behaviour, he set out to build two technology platforms: MetroFeeder — a ride-hailing app that makes every metro trip truly door-to-door — and TrafficAI — a desktop software using YOLOv8 computer vision to automate traffic volume counts at signalised junctions.
Both platforms grow from the same insight: Indian transport infrastructure needs smarter technology to serve the people who rely on it every day.
Hyderabad's first dedicated first-mile and last-mile connectivity platform. E-rickshaws, bike taxis, and cars connecting metro stations to your door — live GPS tracking, fair fares, corporate accounts, and a fleet management portal.
Explore MetroFeederDesktop software that uses YOLOv8 AI to automate traffic volume counts from video footage. Detects 22 Indian vehicle categories at signalised junctions, generates 15-minute interval data, turn-movement matrices, and auto-exports Excel reports for traffic studies.
Explore TrafficAIA career rooted in understanding how Indian cities move — and building technology to improve it.
