Refund Mode: Credit to MetroFeeder in-app wallet

  1. Open the MetroFeeder app and go to your ride history
  2. Select the ride for which you wish to request a refund
  3. Tap "Report an Issue" and select the appropriate reason
  4. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours
  5. Approved refunds will be credited to your MetroFeeder wallet within 24 hours of approval

3. Refund Mode

All refunds are processed as credits to your MetroFeeder in-app wallet. Wallet credits can be used for future rides on the platform. Refunds to the original payment method (bank account, UPI) are available on request for amounts exceeding Rs. 500 and may take 5-7 business days to process.

Wallet top-up amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable. They can only be used for rides and services within the MetroFeeder platform.
