At MetroFeeder Technologies Pvt Ltd, we understand plans can change. This policy outlines the cancellation terms for rides booked through the MetroFeeder platform.

Free Cancellation Window: 2 minutes from booking confirmation

Cancellations after the free window may incur a fee

1. Cancellation by Passenger

2. Cancellation by Driver

If a driver cancels a ride after accepting it, no cancellation fee will be charged to the passenger. The platform will automatically attempt to assign a new driver. If no driver is available, the booking will be cancelled with a full refund to the passenger's wallet.

3. Automatic Cancellation

Rides may be automatically cancelled in the following situations:

In case of automatic cancellation due to no driver availability or safety conditions, no cancellation fee is charged.

4. Repeated Cancellations

Users who frequently cancel rides after the free cancellation window may face temporary restrictions on their account. This is to ensure fair usage of the platform for all riders and drivers.

5. Refund of Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a cancellation fee was charged unfairly, you may raise a dispute through the app or contact our support team. Approved refunds will be credited to your MetroFeeder wallet within 24 hours.
